480 seconds – Baking Soda (BS) in water (1 grain BS per ounce of water)

Lemon Blueberry Bread recipe

Lemon Blueberry Loaf
Ingredients -
1 cup white sugar
⅓ cup melted butter
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
Glaze Topping:
¼ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Prepare the bread batter: Beat together sugar, butter, eggs, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir into egg mixture alternately with milk. Fold in blueberries, nuts, and lemon zest. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes. Cool bread in the pan for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze topping: Stir together sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
Remove bread from the pan and drizzle with glaze.
Continue to cool on a wire rack.

How to isolate between high & low voltage using optocoupler
" The terms optocoupler and optoisolator are often used interchangeably, but there is a small difference between the two. The differentiating factor is the expected voltage difference between input and output.
- An optocoupler is used to transmit analog or digital information between circuits whilst maintaining a dielectric at a potential of up to 5,000 volts.
- An optical isolator is used to transmit analog or digital information between circuits where the voltage difference is greater than 5,000 volts."
Ford 300 Inline-Six Topped With Sliced-and-Diced Chevy LS Head
" Hutchison picked up this Ford 300 mill for the paltry sum of just 150 bucks. Another $90 got him six 317-casting aluminum LS heads. ... While Boss 302 heads were expensive, LS heads were cheap and readily available."
" After doing a bunch of research, Hutchison found out the bolt-holes on the 300 were only 0.050-inch or so from allowing an LS head to directly bolt on! A friend filled all the factory holes and then redrilled them to the correct pattern."
" Pushrod geometry will work out great after 12 notches are made in the lip of the Ford block, but he will need custom length 3/8-inch pushrods once everything is together."
